Hellow people,
lol. I have done stretching today. I am gonna skip the conditioning today.
But Im gonna work superduper hard 2morrow.
Anyway, We are going to the beach today,so I'm about to do gymnastics.
here is a list what I'm gonna do today.
*Beam*: routine,coupes,straight jumps,tuck jumps,round-off dismount.
*Floor*: routine,head stand roll,backwards roll,kick-over,handstand,cartwheel,round-off.
*Vault*: Knee run,kick run, toe pop, jump.
And anything else I can think of.
