Hey,
I'm practicing gymnastics right now.
So far I have done trampoline,stretching,work-out, and balance beam.
I still have to do Bars,Floor and Vault.
I'm about to do floor exercise. After I do those three things I'm gonna take a brake and do more later today.
I'm gonna try to go from 3-6 hours a day...we will see if it works.
