Spread legs apart go to both knees and in the middle

Straight leg, head to knee

Wrists
Calf Stretch
V sit stretch
Bend and Stretch
Shoulder rotation
Handstand snap-down

Conditioning: Sit-ups: 3x30
Push-ups: 3x10
Dips: 3x10
Jumping jacks: 100
Frog jumps: 2x20
Straight jumps: 2x20
Left leg raises: 2x15
Right leg raises: 2x15
Together leg raises: 20 (if I can I will do 40)
Pull-ups?:
Tuck-ups: 3x15
Hang-tuck-ups
